Terms of service
- Deep Fantasies will offer refunds and cancellations on orders if requested within 12hrs of purchase. After this point ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- By purchasing from Deep Fantasies Inc, you acknowledge that you're aware of our production timeline (3-5 weeks from date of purchase), this does not include shipping timeline.
- If there is a problem with your order (significant flaw or defect) when it arrives please reach out to us within 24hrs of delivery. Returns or refunds will be at our discretion, requiring photo validation of your concern, and ONLY accepted on products that have not been opened. We may offer full or partial refund dependent on the severity of the issue. We require items to be returned to us, and once received the refund or remake will be issued.
- If the flaw or defect renders the product unsafe or unusable, we will provide a return shipping label, and once the item has been received we will process the refund or replacement.
- If upon receipt of your order you decide that it is not what you desire, you can reach out to us to return it, within 24hrs. Items must be sealed in the bag as received, and never opened. The customer is responsible for return shipment fees, and will be charged a restocking fee of 25%, plus the original shipment fees. Refunds of 75% of the item cost will be refunded once the product is back in the possession of DF Inc.
- Care instructions are included with your product. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or improper care. Although silicone is very durable, the life of your item will be prolonged with proper care.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED
- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, custom fees, taxes and tariffs required for their shipment delivery.
- Additionally, if your order is returned to us due to being undelivered or a wrong address, the Customer is responsible for any new shipping fees to have it sent again. Please take care to ensure your shipping information is accurate.
- If the item is not resent to the customer, because they choose not to pay the required shipping fees/updated address cannot be ascertained/etc., Deep Fantasies will not offer refund on custom made items, or the shipping fees incurred. We will make effort to reach out to the customer via message/email, and provide a reasonable response timeline.
- Shipping and handling, are completely out of our control. Deep Fantasies is not responsible for issues or errors, on part of the shipping companies/postal service or any unforeseeable events. In the event of a missing package the customer is responsible for contacting and following up with the shipping company. Deep Fantasies does not have access to any additional updates beyond what the tracking information states. We do not offer cancellations or refunds for lost packages. It would be up to the shipping company to determine the package lost, or delivered in error, and ensure a refund. We do not offer refunds on shipping costs for returned packages.
- We do not offer local pickup of items. We understand that customers would like to save on shipping costs, however at this time we strive to maintain the privacy of our employees, and our home-based workspace.
- Customers agree that by placing an order with Deep Fantasies, that they understand our artisan handcrafted process. Each item is unique, custom made, and may not look the same as sample images shown, or the customer’s ‘vision’. Colours depicted in photos may not be the same in person - due to lighting, colour combinations, differences in screens, etc. We are not professional photographers and often images are captured with a phone, making variations in real-life appearance possible.
- Returns will be accepted if an item you receive is not what you envisioned, however will be shipped at customer expense, and DF Inc. will adhere to the above noted return/restocking guidelines, including restocking fees.
- Customers are responsible for choosing the colour options/pour styles they would like, and also must include any applicable comments on the order, as to the details of how they would like the colours to be used. If any of these details are missing from your order, our team will make the best possible interpretation of your choices, to make your items at our discretion.
- Our Handmade items could include small indents, silicone tags, scuffs, and other irregular textures due to our moulding process. We are people, not machines. All DF items are trimmed by hand, which may leave imperfections or some flashing at seam lines. Products could also have small pigment speckles, pigment striations, or other small esthetic variances. None of these items listed are considered unsafe or ‘flops’, and full refunds will not be offered for such issues, though please reach out if you have a concern and need our input on an imperfection.
- If you purchase a DF toy with included squirt tube, please make note, not all of our tubing is bonded to the toy. However, while it is uncommon, use your toy with care to avoid the tube being pulled out. Some customers choose to remove the tube from their items for various reasons, though this is not our recommendation, as you may not be able to insert the tube back into the item efficiently.
- All DF items are produced, packaged, and shipped from a dedicated workspace in a smoke-free, pet-friendly home. While each item passes through three different sets of hands and eyes, to diligently inspect for flaws, and remove any potential hair or dust from toys, before being packaged, it is possible that items may not be completely debris free. We do not work in a sterile environment.
PLEASE WASH YOUR TOYS BEFORE AND AFTER EVERY USE.
- All DF toys are meant for personal novelty use. We are not at all responsible for how individuals choose to use these novelty items, or for any discomfort or injury that occurs through use. It is the customers responsibility to KNOW their own body, and use products safely.
- Deep Fantasies reserves the right to cancel orders, or refuse service at any time. We do NOT tolerate harassment, discrimination, bigotry, or disrespectful behaviour or communications. We are HUMAN and value integrity, inclusion, compassion, and respect.
