Through an evolution of years of cosplay/SFX/propmaking, delving into adult-toys
was a welcome challenge. Applying skills, techniques and product knowledge to a
new niche, and seeing how it has expanded has been very rewarding.

The team at Deep Fantasies Inc. creates a variety of high quality, custom, artisan, fantasy, adult toys; such as, fantasy dildos, masterbation sleeves/strokers, grinding toys, and penis sheaths. Our niche is whimsical design elements, or mythical creations - often the limits are set by the boundaries of our own imagination, and each handcrafted item is made to fulfill each individually unique fantasy or desire.

The process for creating sex toys starts with design ideas. These comes from a variety of places; pop culture, customer requests, designer imagination, for example.

Once we have an idea for a design or product, we select one of our designers to bring it to life as a 3D model. We have talented and versatile in-house and contract designers from around the world.

After the design has been rendered, we use it to create all moulds in our studio. Using a variety of mould making techniques; 3D printing, silicone, and resin. We test our moulds and then it's time to release the new models to the world.

Customers place orders; choosing the model, firmness, colours and pour style, they would like for their unique sex toy. Then it's time for our team to bring it to life.

At Deep Fantasies we use only 100% Platinum Cure Silicone, from Smooth-On. This ensures it is body safe, hypoallergenic, and has exceptional durability. The liquid, and cosmetic grade mica, pigments we use, are then mixed and encapsulated in the silicone, rendering it inert, so they will never come in contact with the body.

Depending on the density you have chosen for your toy, the silicone cure time will vary - but between 1.5 - 4 hours after the toy is poured, it will be ready for demoulding.

Once removed from the mould, all toys are hand trimmed with a sharp blade to remove excess silicone flashing from the base or any seams.

Then it's time to clean the toys from any dust/lint, to the best of our abilities, and package them up for shipping.

If you're looking for custom design creation from Deep Fantasies, this is something we can do, depending on the design element request and if we have the available time.

Our custom design fee starts at $250 CAD, and includes up to three modifications during the design process. We also charge a mould making fee in addition to the design fee.

Once the mould is complete, we create a custom listing for the purchase of the actual toy - where the customer can select their firmness/colour/pour preferences as applicable.
